Yogasana for Eyes: Blinking


  • Sit comfortably with your eyes open. Take some deep breaths to relax yourself completely.
  • Blink around 10-12 times very quickly.
  • Close your eyes and relax for 15-20 seconds. Slowly take your attention to your breath.
  • Repeat this exercise about 5-7 times.

       Eye Rolling

       Sideways Viewing

       Up and Down Viewing

       Nose Tip Gazing
